Stall holder Registration
Please use this form to register your interest. We expect that this will be a popular event for stall holders, so please include as much information as possible to increase your chances of being chosen.
All of the pitch fees for this event will be going to Birmingham Children's Oncology Unit in support of Kyle who is currently undergoing his 3rd cancer treatment. For this reason fees are not refundable in the unlikely event of a cancellation.

As the event is themed, we would like the stalls to all be in the theme of a Superhero!
If you are offered a place, please confirm quickly by using the link provided to book and pay for your stall.
The standard pitch size is 3x3m, if you have a larger set up, you will need to book 2 or more pitches according to your size.
Pitch spaces are limited, we will not be duplicating any stalls.
All stalls will need to have £5m Public liability insurance.
Food stalls will need to provide all hygiene certificates.
Stalls selling items requiring testing or licensable items will need to provide proof of certifications.
